Chatbotly was founded in 2023 by Lena Shakurova, a chatbot developer with over 6 years of experience building AI Assistants. Having helped more than 80 clients over the six years, Lena set out on a mission to pack her knowledge in a product that would help more people create helpful and trustworthy chatbots for their businesses.
